The Lord of the Rings
Kaitlyn has been the vocal soloist with The Lord of The Rings Symphony since her debut with the New Mexico Symphony and condcutor, Alexander Micklethwate at the age of 15. Since then she has performed this monumental work with many of the world's finest orchesras with a variety of conductors, including Howard Shore. Mr. Shore invited Kaitlyn to perform the Acedemy award winning "Into The West" when he was honored by the Grammy's in New York City. He recently invited her to be the soloist for The Fellowship of the Ring, a new version of the first film of the trilogy performed live with full orchestra and chorus to a 700 square-foot High Definition screen.

After her recent performances with the Cincinnati Symphony, the Cincinnati Post had the folowing to say about Kaitlyn:
"Star of the show was soprano Kaitlyn Lusk, a teenager from
Pennsylvania with a beatific voice and stage presence to match. Her stylish performance of the wrenching Gollum's Song and Shore's 2004
Oscar-winner Into The West from "The Return of the King" went straight to the heart and brought the audience to its feet."

One of the many blogger comments
regarding Wolf Trap:
"When the movie ended and the credits started to roll - the Orchestra continued to play - no one got up to leave. Then the soloist - this devastatingly beautiful young lady in a long flowing, floor length dress - with an equally beautiful voice to match - sang "May it Be" by Enya - from the soundtrack. I love the song "May it Be." It gives me goosebumps whenever I hear it. She knocked the song out of the Filene Center - I was under her Elvish spell - I had tears streaming down my cheek"
